Avanti Limousines cares about your safety. Below, you’ll find our “Duty of Care”, which is a list of safety principles in which our company adheres to. Second, the “Passenger’s Bill of Rights”, which are a number of rights that our passenger’s have while enjoying our services. These two go by hand in hand, so anyone that boards our vehicles can be rest assured that their safety is at the top of our minds.
Duty of Care
All ground transportation services and drivers, whose vehicles include but are not limited to a sedan, SUV, van, mini-coach bus should adapt certain suggested safety practices.
Passenger’s Bill of Rights
All passengers of a ground transportation vehicle, including but not limited to a sedan, SUV, van, mini-coach or bus, are entitled to certain rights. Passengers have the right to ask the driver to provide these rights.
